Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the x888 platform — whether on the website or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and x888.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use x888. Creating an account is taken as full acceptance of these terms, including any updates or amendments published by x888 after your initial registration.

x888 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of x888 after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Eligibility

Access to x888 and its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing x888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, or immediate family member of an x888 employee or any company group affiliated with x888.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from x888 through the self-exclusion programme or been permanently banned due to a terms violation.

x888 operates on a strict one account per player policy. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or household — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances and winnings being forfeited.

x888 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the case may be referred to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

To use the real-money features of x888, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. x888 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared across other online services. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact x888 support immediately at support@x888.cash. x888 will take reasonable steps to secure the account but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the issue.

3.2 Account Currency

All x888 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions will be displayed and processed in PKR. x888 does not support multi-currency accounts for Pakistan-registered users.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

x888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method may also be required. x888 treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality.

Deposits and Withdrawals

x888 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in PKR through a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players. All payment methods offered are subject to the limits and processing times set out in the table below.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. x888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Using someone else's Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account to fund your x888 balance may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by x888's payments team. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. x888 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Refused or Delayed Transactions

x888 reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities may be notified, and the account may be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

x888 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are set out here.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet credits — are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Typical wagering requirements on x888 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, shared addresses, or shared payment methods will have all bonus-related winnings forfeited and may have their accounts closed.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period and will be removed from the account without replacement.

5.4 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, typically contribute at a lower rate — usually 10%–20%. Sports bets may contribute differently depending on the odds and market. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on x888 sports markets and all games played in the x888 casino are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once x888 has acknowledged acceptance and a bet reference number has been generated. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — x888 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly in situations where there are technical errors, system irregularities, or unusual betting patterns.

6.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, payouts, or game outcomes are published or processed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure that results in an obviously incorrect price or result, x888 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes. This applies both to pre-match and in-play betting markets. Examples of obvious errors include odds that are significantly inconsistent with market prices, or jackpot payouts triggered by a software malfunction.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: match or event postponement or cancellation where no rescheduling applies within a specified period; incomplete events where a result cannot be determined; obvious pricing errors as described above; or any other situation specified in the rules of the relevant sport or game. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets specifically — which represent a significant portion of x888 betting activity — the following additional rules apply: if a match is abandoned due to weather or pitch conditions and no official result is declared, all match-winner bets are void. If a player named in a top-batsman market does not bat, the bet on that player is void and the relevant selection is removed from any accumulator. In-play markets close during natural interruptions and reopen subject to stream and data availability.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including using stolen payment credentials, engaging in payment fraud, or exploiting chargebacks to retain both goods/services and funds.
• Money laundering — using x888 to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. x888 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious transactions.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or automated betting tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform without genuine manual input.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live casino games where player decisions affect outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a prior account suspension.
• Misrepresentation — providing false personal information, age, location, or identity documents during registration or verification.

x888 uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of any of the above may have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and may be required to provide additional documentation before play can resume.

Privacy and Data

x888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary for those services to function.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Closure

x888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which x888 may take this action include — but are not limited to — the following:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after request.
• Suspicious transaction patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal related to deposits made into the account.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated inactive. x888 will attempt to notify the player before applying an inactivity fee or closing the account.

10.1 Dormant Account Fees

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the account balance. x888 will notify the registered email address before this policy activates. Players can prevent this by logging in at least once every 12 months.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your x888 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and the remaining balance returned to your registered payment method. If you are closing an account due to a gambling problem, please consider using the self-exclusion option instead of simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.

Limitation of Liability

x888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain service uptime and quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. x888 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service downtime for maintenance or unexpected technical issues.
• Delays or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data resulting from events outside x888's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure, or power outages.
• Your failure to maintain account security or keep login credentials confidential.
• Actions you take based on information or odds displayed due to a technical error that was not immediately corrected.

Nothing in these terms limits x888's liability for death or personal injury caused by x888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

x888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

x888 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x888 will publish the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the document. Where the changes are significant, x888 will also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes to the terms, you should stop using x888 and request account closure. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of x888, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction under which x888 operates its licence. 13.1 Complaint Process

If you have a complaint about x888's services, you should raise it first with the x888 customer support team by emailing support@x888.cash. Most complaints are resolved within 48 hours. For complex cases, x888 aims to provide a final response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

13.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with x888's response to your complaint, you may request escalation to the x888 management team. Details of any further escalation options available to you in your specific jurisdiction will be included in x888's final complaint response letter.
